After Step 1: Construction & Modeling is completed, the required metal sections must be cut as precisely as the plastic block sections in the model. Our Step 2: Pipe cutting tool solves the problem by producing accurate cuts: at any time perpendicular to the tangent of the bend. They are compatible with most accessories that can be found in small businesses. Required is a standard vertical band saw and an aluminum radial cut plate with machined HDPE (high density polyethylene) spacer to align the U- or J-arms centrally to the saw blade.

You can click our blocks together and create the desired pipe construction. Centimeter by centimeter, our customers can create the most efficient way to connect two given points with fixed lengths.
The data, which can be read directly from the plastic models, serve as a blueprint to create the metal version. Customers use commercially available J-arms and U-arms, which are cut according to the cutting instructions and the cost plan for this project. The metal sections are then joined together, the accuracy of fit is checked and they are finally welded. The waste is minimized and often even completely eliminated. The costs are known at all times. Projects that used to take days or weeks are now finished in hours. There are no limits to your creativity and ingenuity, you have endless possibilities to create.
