Precisely engineered start and end segments for pie-cut bends: one side is smooth for connection to a straight pipe, while the other side features female spigots for a perfect, interlocking alignment to the next segment. Ideal for clean, repeatable weld joints in exhaust, intercooler, and intake systems.
The interlock/spigot design ensures quick alignment without jigs, minimizes gaps, and improves weld appearance – perfect for TIG welders, prototype builders, and professional fabricators.

- Degrease and deburr mating surfaces, check fitment before welding
- Tack-weld all around, then perform full circumferential welding
- For best appearance and internal quality: use moderate heat control and proper back purging
