Usage of Your Personal Data

Besides the exceptions mentioned in our Data Protection Statement, your personal data is not required to conclude a contract. You have no obligation to provide any personal information. If you choose to provide no personal data, it will not have any consequences, with the exception, that it might be necessary, so we can fulfill your order.

Access Data

We, as the website operator / website provider, collect data based on our legitime interest according to Section 6 (1) Sentence F GDPR. This data is stored “Serverlogfiles” on our server. The following data is logged:

Duration of Storage

After completion of the contract, the data are initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then considering statutory, especially tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted after the deadline, unless you have consented to the further processing and use.

Customer Account

We collect personal information when opening a customer account. Required fields include title, first name, last name, street, house number, zip code, city, country and e-mail. You enter a personal password, but we cannot see it. We need the data to process the order, to ship your order, to improve your shopping experience and to simplify the order processing.

Processing is based on Section 6 (1) Sentence a GDPR with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent to revocation. Your customer account will be deleted afterwards.

 

Collection, Processing And Use of Personal Data For Orders

When placing your order, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order and to process your requests.
