PROCEDURE OF YOUR TURBOCHARGER / INJECTORS

We are explaining in short steps how you will receive your overhauled or optimized turbocharger or injectors.

FILL IN ORDER FORM

Please print out the order form and fill with in the necessarry information's and the desired service.

PROPERLY PACKAGING THE TURBOS

Please pack the turbo or injectors according to the guideline of your shipping company and put the signed order form into the package.

Please take care about the following packing notes:
Don't use newsletters or bubble wrap as filling material.
Keep the housings mounted on the turbo.
Don't use used packaging material and minimum 2-wave carton.
Keep a distance of min. 5 cm from the turbo to the inside wall of your package and fill the empty spaces well.

SHIPPING

Ship your well packed turbocharger / injectors with an insured parcel to the following address:

Please be sure to put your TurboService number (TS-xxxxxx) on the package. This way we can assign the package and process it as quickly as possible.

RECEIVE

After 1-4 days handling time (Stage 2 optimization: 1-2 weeks) we will ship your turbo back and you can install it immediately. If more services are wished or needed, or if there are unplanned delays, we will get in touch with you.

Attention! Do always use new oil lines and gaskets for your overhauled turbocharger and eliminate the failure cause !
