VC50 Controller for variable water-alcohol injection via boost pressure

Recommended for all turbo and supercharged engines as well as turbo diesel engines up to about 3,5 Bar charge pressure

The Boost Cooler VC50 control unit from SNOW Performance regulates the water or water-alcohol injection quantity progressively to the boost pressure. The desired start and full injection timing (boost pressure) is simply entered in the enclosed 52mm OLED screen and the controller creates an injection curve for the optimal injection quantity.

In addition to the primary injection nozzle, an additional nozzle can be activated separately as an option. The so-called "power nozzle" is additionally activated at high engine load and enables an increased total injection quantity at full load. The optional Dual Stage Upgrade is required for this.

The progressive injection of water or water/methanol based on boost pressure is quite precise and has a positive effect on cooling and engine performance over a wide load range. Especially the possibility of an additional nozzle in the full load range has a positive effect on the overall performance of the system. Recommended for all turbo and radial supercharged engines as well as turbo diesel engines up to about 3.5 bar boost pressure.
