They can not be compared to low-priced or stock Cam Followers because they are made from higher quality materials and coating and a high level production process which is usually just available in professional formula 1 level.
The used material is an airspace certified chrome-molybdenum-vanadium alloy. This alloy is a much stronger material than serial production Cam Follower are made of.
