A very common problem is the original Opel B16DTH Insignia boost pressure hose. This component is very expensive at the OE parts dealer but it does not solve the problem. Together with a customer (Manuel Krämer) we have developed a repair kit that is not only cheaper than the OE spare part, but made of a more durable material. This silicone hose is made of silicone, reinforced with fabric layers, to remain extremely pressure-resistant and also resistant to pressure. It is pressure resistant up to 5bar and temperature resistant up to 220 ° C.
