Since the introduction of honeycombs, the problem has often been: "How do I install the honeycomb safely and securely in a pipe or hose?"
This solution is ideal for all MAF engines that want or even need to calm their air flow. To determine the correct air mass/air volume, it is essential to have a smooth and harmonious air flow at the MAF sensor. However, this is often no longer the case, especially with more powerful engines. Either due to modified intakes, pipes, bends, air filter boxes, etc.... Our Honeycomb installation kit is installed in front of the MAF and calms the intake air so that the correct values can be determined by the sensor. And without gluing or welding. Our plastic honeycomb installation kits are designed so that they can be pressed into our silicone hoses by hand, for example. It can also be pressed into a pipe as long as the inner diameter is selected so that our installation kit can be pressed in firmly by hand.
