For thermo insulation of exhaust manifolds, turbine housings, downpipes and more
As an alternative to heat protection tapes, there is now the thermo insulation. We offer the material for this. Needed is a fiber mat (see menu) and a stainless steel sheet (284584).
The fiber mat is wrapped around the material e.g. turbo manifold pipe and then around welded is the stainless steel sheet(s). This requires a special welding attachment, because the sheet is very thin. You can find information about this on the web.
