AUDI RS3 (8V) INTERCOOLER
Even though the new shape Audi RS3 was only released a few months ago, we have wasted no time in creating a new intercooler from scratch, to enhance the performance of the venerable 2.5 litre 5 cylinder engine. Going from past experience, we knew that there was more than likely gains to be had, and we weren't wrong. Using a huge bar and plate core we were able to knock between 25 and 30° C off the inlet temperatures, which had the knock on effect of producing more power - nearly 20bhp with no other modifications. The kit comes complete with all the parts necessary for the installation, including a genuine Audi crash bar modified in-house to accommodate the intercooler, and full colour instructions.
