The Mishimoto Silicone Hose Kit for the Subaru WRX is constructed from four layers, combining high-quality silicone and embedded heat-resistant fibers to provide effective heat reduction and increased pressure tolerance. The kit includes the upper and lower airbox hoses. This part of the intake system is exposed to oil particles that gradually degrade rubber hoses. In contrast, the Mishimoto WRX silicone hoses are more resilient and significantly outlast manufacturer hoses. To enhance airflow, these hoses are equipped with a smooth surface.
