The manufacturer throttle body hose for the Subaru WRX, model year from 2008, is designed to fail, especially in vehicles that run with increased boost pressure. Mishimoto has developed a very robust silicone replacement hose that offers increased pressure and heat tolerance, thanks to its 100% silicone construction. This hose features five layers of silicone with heat-resistant, embedded fibers that can withstand significant boost pressure. The hose is equipped with a position marker, allowing for quick installation - possible in under an hour.
