The core assembly (CHRA) is the central part of the turbocharger with the two blades (compressor and turbine), which also contains the bearing. When ball-bearing turbochargers suffer bearing damage, it is only possible to replace the entire Garrett fuselage assembly. So far, individual components of these turbochargers are not available.
Garrett turbocharger CHRAs other than those listed here are available on request.
If the CHRA is not in stock, we might be able to take it from an assembled Supercharger. Please contact us via phone or email, so we Can check the availability.
Fine Balancing
Every turbocharger manufacturer balances the cartridge (CHRA) of its turbochargers according to appropriate guidelines in a reasonable and cost-efficient manner. This balancing is usually sufficient but includes wide tolerances what an acceptable balanced turbocharger is. If this is not enough for you and you want an even more accurate balancing for your turbocharger, we can do it for you on request. Fine Balancing delays the delivery of your turbocharger by a maximum of one working day.
